Trellis Pension and Retirement Rights has attorneys working to protect and promote the retirement security of workers, retirees and their families. We house two pension projects serving different regions of the United States:
The Upper Midwest Pension Project serves Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Nebraska, Iowa and Wisconsin.
The Mid America Pension Project serves Michigan, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Ohio and Pennsylvania.
The Upper Midwest Pension Project and the Mid America Pension Project are funded in large part by the Administration on Community Living under the Older Americans Act Title II.
