We help people optimize
well-being as we age
Take the Minnesota Comprehensive Aging Survey and help shape services for older adults
Awarding money for rewarding services
Trellis administers federal Older Americans Act funding for services that help older adults and caregivers live safely and independently in their communities. In 2023, we awarded more than $12 million to community organizations for services such as home-delivered meals, transportation, caregiver support, respite and more.
