We are pleased to share Trellis’ 2022 annual report. This report highlights stories of the people we serve and lifts up the many ways we partner with community members and organizations to make a collective impact.

2022 was a significant year for Trellis across our initiatives:

  • We distributed $13 million in Older Americans Act funding to organizations serving 33,000 individuals.
  • Staff supported more than 30,000 people through the Senior LinkAge Line, a free, statewide service of the Minnesota Board on Aging in partnership with Minnesota’s area agencies on aging.
  • A record-setting 8,000 people attended Juniper® health promotion classes in person and online.
  • Volunteers gave 3,300 hours of their time to support Trellis’ mission.
  • We partnered with the Minnesota Association of Area Agencies on Aging to call for more funding for senior meals, leading to a one-time appropriation of $11 million.

Behind all of these numbers are the people who make our impact possible: Our staff, providers, partners and the broader community. We hope you’ll take a moment to view the report and join us as we help people optimize well-being as they age.
