2022 was a transitional year for Trellis, both in our evolution as an organization and in our work in the community.
We formalized our hybrid work environment. We strengthened our commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion and deepened our relationships with organizations that provide services to people facing disparities. And we made significant strides in efforts to align social care with clinical care for better health outcomes for older adults.
