Trellis is interested in contracting with an experienced professional to help us develop and implement a resource development plan.
Trellis is a nonprofit organization that operates at the intersection of aging, health and equity. We are positioned as a national leader in the drive to provide social care for older adults that is integrated with medical care. We provide services, connections and innovations focused on those who are most in need to ensure that all people have the supports to address the complexities of later life and to optimize their well-being as they age.
To achieve our forward-focused mission, Trellis needs access to flexible resources that will allow us to sustain and expand services.
