Emotional health
Paid time off
We understand that time away from work is restorative and healthy and so we provide a generous paid time off (PTO) benefit of 26 days and ten holidays annually.
Parental leave
We provide two weeks of paid parental leave to eligible full-time or part-time employees to care for their newborn child, adoption or foster placement.

A primary care clinic that offers you and your household unlimited virtual and in-home visits with clinicians. Trellis covers 100% of these costs, so this service is free to use for you and your family.
Wellness Program
Eligible employees enrolled in Trellis’ HDHP medical plan can earn up to $900 a year for their health savings account (HSA) for healthy behaviors.
Short Term Disability (STD)
Trellis will cover 50% of your STD premiums after one year of employment for full-time employees.
Long Term Disability (LTD)
Trellis covers 100% of your LTD premiums after one year of employment for full-time employees.
Financial health
Retirement savings plan
All employees are eligible to contribute to our 403(b) retirement savings plan including a Roth savings option. Trellis matches 100% of the first 5% contributed by the employee.
Health saving account (HSA)
When an eligible employee is enrolled in the Trellis high-deductible health plan, we will contribute $100/month to the employee’s HSA for a total of $1,200 per year.
Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)
When an eligible employee is enrolled in Trellis’ high deductible health plan, the HRA will pay 50% of the coinsurance and other expenses (up to $1,425 per individual) after the first $3,500 of the deductible has been satisfied.
Voluntary life & AD&D insurance
We provide all full-time employees basic life insurance and accidental disability and dismemberment (AD&D) plans at a rate equal to one times the employee’s salary up to $100,000.
Employee Assistance Plan (EAP)
Trellis provides access to two employee assistance plans to help with personal, financial, or legal concerns. The EAP is provided at no additional cost to our employees.
