Trellis is a designated Benefits Enrollment Center. In this role, we help Twin Cities metro residents living with low income apply for valuable programs to improve their quality of life. Our community navigators are available to help low-income older adults and people with disabilities apply for the following programs:
- Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP)
- Medicaid
- Low-Income Home Energy Assistance Program
- Medicare Savings Program
- Medicare Part D Extra Help (or Low-Income Subsidy, LIS)
Over the past decade, Benefits Enrollment Centers around the country have assisted more than 560,000 older adults and people with disabilities apply for benefits estimated to be worth a total of $1.3 billion.
