NAMI Minnesota, Minnesota Hoarding Task Force and Trellis’ Mental Health and Older Adult Services Roundtable are pleased to announce that registration is open for our Hoarding Disorder Conference. The conference will be held on July 21, 2021, from 9:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. CT. We will have two excellent keynote speakers and 12 breakout sessions. There will be so much great content, we want you to know that attendees will have access to recordings of all the sessions beginning a week or two after the conference. Christiana Bratiotis, PhD, MSW
Dr. Christiana Bratiotis is an Associate Professor in the School of Social Work at the University of British Columbia in Vancouver. She pioneered work in the formation and operation of multi- disciplinary community hoarding task forces. Her current research centers on hoarding treatment and intervention efforts in affordable housing and community-based organizations.
Mary Coalson, LPC
Mary Coalson is an ElderVention® therapist with the Arizona Area Agency on Aging, Region One. She will address hoarding disorder in older adults. Coalson manages a hoarding disorder therapy group for older adults in addition to providing individual therapy.
