We help people optimize
well-being as they age
Awarding money for rewarding services
Trellis administers federal Older Americans Act funding for services that help older adults and caregivers live safely and independently in their communities. In 2023, we awarded more than $12 million to community organizations for services such as home-delivered meals, transportation, caregiver support, respite and more.
We inform, educate and train
